Dirty bathroom floors

Honestly, i thought i'd get a warm welcome but all i got was a dusty room with a stubborn smell, and no clean towels after asking twice! I woudl ve been thrilled with some compensatory gesture, but apparently, that's not in their playbook. Breakfast? No thank you, it was dreadful.

this hotel is wonderful and fairly clean, has pleasant staff and unbeatable location close to restaurants. the breakfasts is hot with plenty of food. thank you very much for a great service, couldn't recommend more.

Neat room, the bed was comfy.

Stayed at super 8 for one night, and I enjoyed the waffle and tea for breakfast. It was conveniently located near back to hampton and other hilton properties. The staff were friendly.

Courteous and welcoming staff, clean rooms.

A double room with the sofa and AC unit, for example. Location near several nice lakes to chose from, and a grocery store. Also, to California in a U-Haul.

The check-in process went smoothly, and the staff at the front desk were accommodating. The location worked well for my needs, close to local attractions. The bed was comfortable,. The room had a noticeable moldy odor, made it difficult to breathe comfortably. I found hair on the bathroom floor, which indicated it wasn't cleaned properly. The shower had a broken curtain, inconvenient. The furniture looked dated and worn, with a recliner that seemed like it had seen better days. The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable. I struggled to stay connected. Housekeeping didn't seem attentive to details, and I felt the need to wear shoes at all times due to the grime on the carpet. While I appreciated the fresh linens, basic cleanliness was lacking in other areas. The hotel could greatly improve with better training for staff and a deep clean. Things like better maintenance of the room amenities, especially the shower and Wi-Fi, would enhance the experience significantly.

My kids wished for more breakfast options.

The overall cleanliness left much to be desired, with grimy carpets prompting a need for shoes at all times. Carpeting in the room showed considerable wear, with noticeable stains and an unpleasant odor lingering in the air.

The cleanliness was apparent. And the staff brought a friendly vibe, made check-in so easy. Breakfast options were sufficient, setting the tone for a laid-back visit.
